Department: Education and Living
Start date: August 1, 2026
What you can achieve with us
As a class teacher, you work together with a motivated team that provides you with pedagogical guidance. You plan grade-appropriate lessons according to Curriculum 21 and conduct them together with the team. As a basis, you create individual education and support plans. You take on nursing and medical measures as well as key person and coordination tasks. Constructive contact with parents and external specialist agencies is important to you, and you maintain this proactively. In addition, you prepare reports, attend meetings, and participate in working groups. You also organize school events such as school trips or project weeks and carry them out with the team.
What you bring with you
You have school experience in supporting children and adolescents with multiple disabilities and ideally also with children on the autism spectrum. You adapt your communication individually to the abilities of the students. Ideally, you hold a diploma in school special education or are studying for one. A primary teaching certificate, a Bachelor in Primary Education, or a Bachelor in Special and Social Education is also a good prerequisite for the position. With your constructive manner and positive attitude, you contribute greatly to a good team climate.
What you can look forward to
In your role, you take on a lot of responsibility and receive the corresponding scope for design.
Our culture is characterized by appreciation and openness. You work in a motivated and well-coordinated team.
Our employment conditions, based on cantonal framework conditions, are also attractive. Learn more about this in our flyer .
