Job Description
Are you an experienced, strategically thinking personality with foresight? Then this role could be just right for you. We are looking for a confident leader who reports to our CTO and takes responsibility for the further development of our product – with a clear focus on strategy, team leadership, and operational excellence.
In this key position, you lead an interdisciplinary team (currently <5 people from UX/UI designers and customer success staff) and bring in your expertise to further sharpen and consistently implement our product vision. You act as a central interface between development, sales, marketing, and support, ensuring that user needs, market dynamics, and internal insights systematically flow into our product.
With your deep understanding of the construction industry (or willingness to immerse yourself intensively), your analytical strength, and your pragmatic sense for good, meaningful solutions, you (further) develop our product that excites our customers – and sustainably shapes our growth.
