About the job
Your Main Tasks
- In our pool model, you can flexibly specify the days you want to work and have your schedule one month in advance: You decide when you want to work and perform variable assignments according to demand and your availability.
- Unlike temporary work, where you are sent to various hospitals, you work in one hospital across several departments right in the middle of Zurich. This allows us to ensure great variety and your skills are utilized.
- Your hourly wage is a fixed 66 CHF. In addition, shift allowances apply and you benefit from the regular employment conditions of USZ (including training opportunities).
- Do you want to get to know the full range of all our ORs? From the largest shock room in the canton to the most specialized transplant surgery to the diverse neuro-ORs, you can work everywhere in the pool and do not have to commit to a specific specialty.
- ...and action! Do you know that gut feeling when you exactly know what patients need to be well supported through the surgery? We are wide awake so others can sleep safely.
The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed daily to the well-being of our patients.
