• Development and implementation of a holistic personnel development concept aligned with the strategic goals of PHZH
• Systematic analysis of development needs followed by the design, implementation, and evaluation of target group-specific personnel development measures such as leadership training, workshops, or e-learning
• Competent advice and support for managers and employees on personnel development issues
• Organization and moderation of workshops and training sessions including support for external speakers
• Further development and digitization of the annual employee appraisal 

• University degree in psychology, pedagogy, or business administration - with further training in personnel development
• Enjoyment of strategic HR topics and several years of experience in designing and implementing personnel development measures
• Project management skills combined with organizational sensitivity, diplomacy, and didactic understanding
• Excellent moderation and facilitation skills 
• Structured, pragmatic, as well as very independent and proactive working style
