• You are responsible for the project organization and implementation of tenant special support (evictions due to renovation or demolition/new construction)

• You create termination dossiers with information about the planned project and support services in close cooperation with property management and ownership
• You conduct personal information meetings with tenants and hand over terminations
• You support tenants according to their individual needs (offering replacement properties, organizing moving assistance, etc.)
• You work closely with authorities and other public institutions
• You prepare regular reports for the clients
• You develop offers, location/market, and property analyses

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship EFZ or an equivalent qualification

• You have several years of professional experience in project management, social work, or real estate
• Your native language is German and you can communicate orally and in writing in English
• You have a professional and competent appearance combined with winning manners
• You have an independent and proactive working style as well as professional time management
• You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
