For the Day School Gotthelf-Dürrenast we are looking for a
Your tasks:
- Educational, personnel and organizational overall management of the Gotthelf-Dürrenast day school (four care locations Gotthelf, Dürrenast, Obermatt, full-day school)
- Management and further development of the pilot project full-day school Gotthelf together with the school management
- Personnel responsibility for the employees of the day schools
- Collaboration with school management, administration, parents, teachers, specialists and authorities
- Individual care and support of the students
- Ensuring and further developing the quality of the day schools
- Participation in projects and working groups
You bring with you:
- Completed pedagogical or social pedagogical training
- Several years of professional experience in the pedagogical or social pedagogical field
- Pedagogical, social pedagogical or agogical further education
- Leadership training and experience
- Several years of team leadership experience, assertiveness
- Good IT skills (advanced knowledge of MS Office)
- Innovative spirit and passion for the day school and full-day school
- Sense of responsibility, independence and flexibility
- Organizational and improvisational talent
- Physical and mental resilience
- Openness to new things
