We are looking for a dynamic, motivated personality with a warm presence and natural friendliness for our visitor center with shop starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement. You are the business card of the company because the first impression counts! You appreciate varied working hours and are also motivated for weekend shifts.
Your main tasks:
- Reception and care of visitors and customers
- Sales-oriented advice on in-house specialties and shop items including ensuring optimal product presentation, inventory management, and ordering
- Conducting beer and whisky tastings
- Various administrative tasks (e.g., handling customer inquiries, reservations, cash register accounting, etc.)
- Ensuring quality standards such as customer friendliness, service readiness, and cleanliness of the premises
- Seasonal decoration of the premises including outdoor areas
Your profile:
- Experience in customer contact
- Neat appearance and good manners
- Friendly, positive, and dynamic personality
- Team player, creative, and responsible
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Willingness to work irregular shifts including evenings and weekends
- Native German speaker and good foreign language skills in English and French are an advantage
