To carry out any and/or all activities and functions that have been assigned to operator, related to the manufacturing/production processes in accordance to the standards and specifications requirement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to perform production activities of BPHE according to job function or production processes of assembly, brazing and testing.
- Responsible to perform production activities strictly following the work order, standard operation procedure (SOP) and engineering drawings to ensure high quality production which adheres to customer expectation on the product.
- Obtain advice from qualified person when encountering a problem or unsure about a work order, SOP, drawing of product when performing the job.
- Responsible to complete the assigned production activities on time to meet the production goals and customers’ delivery requirement.
- Report any quality uncertainties or materials that fail to meet quality requirements throughout the production process
- Assist and participate in continuous improvement activities related to production.
- Participate in audits as required
- Responsible for maintaining organization of work area consists of cleaning, storing of all materials and production equipment which includes 5S activities.
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions.
- Use PPE and safety equipment as required.
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately.
- Participate in safety training and drills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Work Arrangement : Onsite
Weekend shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3:00AM to 3:30 PM
