- Close cooperation with the warehouse manager, same way of thinking and acting
- Support and relief of the warehouse team leader in operational matters
- Co-responsibility for all warehouse matters regarding cleanliness, warehouse order, and warehouse system
- Coordination of daily orders among employees
- Warehouse management
- Picking and preparation of goods according to delivery note/picking list
- Assistance with loading and unloading trucks
- Incoming and outgoing inspection
- Co-responsibility for conducting inventory tasks
- Compliance with order, cleanliness, and occupational safety
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in the warehouse sector, ideally in the beverage trade
- Experience in employee leadership is an advantage as well as high social competence and empathy
- Networked thinking, good coordination skills, and high organizational abilities
- Precise and independent working style and "hands-on mentality"
- Service and customer orientation with great self-motivation and committed personality
- Team player and target group-appropriate communication
- Sense of order and cleanliness
- Confident German language skills spoken and written
- Forklift license including required tests mandatory
- Good physical condition
- Solid IT knowledge, VinX knowledge is an advantage
