Customer Advisor

What to expect:

• Advising our team-supported customers and recording their financial circumstances
• Developing individual offers tailored to customer needs
• Active recommendation and sale of appropriate banking products and services based on identified customer needs in the basic area
• Support in sales initiatives to promote business success
• Handling counter and service tasks
• Maintenance of the ATM including cash handling

• Commercial training with professional experience in banking
• Motivation for comprehensive advice on banking services
• Enjoyment of direct contact with customers and strong communication and presentation skills
