One of the leading retirement centers in Eastern Switzerland and with around 330 employees a significant employer in the region. The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 270 elderly people. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. Always with the goal of enabling our residents the best possible quality of life.

• Personnel and professional management of the kitchen department in the absence of the team leader
• Active participation in production and manufacturing as well as at banquets and catering
• As a member of the management team, co-responsible for decision-making and implementation regarding the further development of kitchen organization and offerings
• Expansion of our existing high service quality, recognizing trends, implementing innovations and constructive ideas
• Compliance with general food processing guidelines, hygiene regulations, and the hygiene concept
• Active participation in cross-departmental specialist groups

• Completed further training as a head chef or several years of practical experience and willingness to complete this training.
• Team- and solution-oriented working style with organizational skills and appropriate foresight
• A high degree of flexibility, independence, and motivation
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as proficient IT skills
• Positive and motivated personality with good communication and assertiveness skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
