Operations Assistant (HOTEL HECHT APPENZELL)

We are a charming Garni Hotel*** (without a public restaurant, with two partner hotels) centrally located in the village center, directly in the well-known pedestrian zone in Appenzell.

We are looking for an upbeat, independent, and communicative personality,

who meets the following characteristics:

·         Commercial basic education, experience in the hotel industry is an advantage

·         F&B knowledge

·         Cheerful, natural charisma

·         Teamwork skills and loyalty towards superiors and colleagues

·         Flexibility in daily work

·         Ability to keep a cool head even in hectic situations

·         German spoken and written

·         Very good English skills, French skills are an advantage

·         Solid experience in seminar & banquet areas

·         Ensures guest- and solution-oriented work

·         IT skills

Your tasks:

·         Check-in / Check-out

·         Guest care & information

·         Administrative tasks

·         Independent management of the daily cash register and daily closing

·         Care of our guests at breakfast

·         Care of our guests at banquets & seminars
