Your tasks
- Active, independent and responsible collaboration in an interdisciplinary team of trauma and reconstructive surgery, orthopedics and possibly general/visceral surgery
- Participation in on-call duty for trauma surgery and orthopedics
- Support in the further development of clinic standards and structures
Your profile
- You are a specialist (m/f/d) in orthopedics and trauma surgery, preferably with the additional qualification in special trauma surgery and/or special orthopedics and experience in occupational disease treatment procedures
- You live an independent, committed and exemplary working style, enjoy training assistant doctors as well as working in an interdisciplinary team and have understanding for patients' concerns
- Ideally, you already have experience in staff management
- You possess a high level of commitment, team spirit and social competence
- Resilience, a high sense of responsibility and flexibility are a matter of course for you
- You actively bring innovation and openness to restructuring within existing guidelines
