Your tasks
Supervision and monitoring of third-party companies during service and repair work as well as obtaining quotes
Management of service contracts and their fulfillment including supplier evaluation
Reporting malfunctions in the CAFM on the corresponding assets and providing first-level support or organizing repairs by external companies
Responsibility for mapping the lifecycle of all medical technology devices in the CAFM
Implementation of the maintenance concept as well as compliance with legal requirements (MePV) and manufacturer specifications
Processing assigned tasks according to user ticketing
Ensuring functional testing by users
Supporting the procurement process in compliance with MePV in cooperation with purchasing, nursing/device pool, and doctors
Vigilance officer
Performing work in compliance with occupational safety and health protection regulations

Your profile
Completed technical training
Further training in the respective field as well as additional training in maintenance
Many years of professional experience in medical technology or facility management
Well-founded interconnected thinking and the ability to quickly understand and solve complex issues
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Independent and structured way of working
High sense of responsibility and commitment
