Project Manager: Tenant Coach

• You take over project management for stakeholder management in renovations of properties in occupied condition throughout Switzerland

• You further develop the service and successfully position it in the market as well as with existing and new customers
• You coordinate various projects and interfaces, create implementation and project schedules, and communicate proactively with all parties involved
• You inform tenants personally on site and support them individually throughout the entire project duration
• You implement tenant relocations if necessary and assist in finding replacement properties
• You work with authorities and institutions, possibly also with family members or caregivers of elderly tenants
• You advise property owners, conduct meetings, and prepare regular reports for clients
• You conduct property analyses including tenant mix

• You have a Swiss federal certificate in real estate management or a higher professional education (HF/FH) or a bachelor's degree in business administration

• Ideally, you have further training in project management, mediation, coaching, or consulting
• You bring experience in leading, coordinating, and implementing demanding projects
• You communicate professionally, empathetically, and on equal footing with a wide range of stakeholders
• You are an organizational talent with an interest in housing and real estate topics
• You communicate fluently in German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
• You hold a category B driving license
