Introduction
Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.
Your Tasks
- In this role, you represent our laboratory to customers and visitors. As a member of our 2nd level team, you perform administrative tasks such as master data changes, invoice corrections, various correspondences, customer support for our e-solution offerings, and other activities.
- Another part of your main tasks is the telephone support of our customers in the areas of accounting and e-solutions.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a merchant or equivalent education
- Experience in healthcare (health insurance, patient administration) as well as in customer service is an advantage
- Excellent German skills, good English skills in spoken and written form, French or Italian skills are an advantage
- IT affinity and very good user knowledge of common office software, especially Word/Excel
- You act thoughtfully, discreetly, and have a winning personality
- You work precisely and independently, always put the customer first, and keep an overview even in unusual situations
- You are open and flexible towards innovations and have a knack for correspondence on all channels and documentation
