In our rehabilitation clinic in Baden Freihof, we offer internal medicine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation at a high medical level. For the satisfaction of our guests as well as patients, our valued specialists provide high-quality and diverse services daily.

Your tasks

Planning: You plan the daily business in the kitchen under supervision and compliance with cost regulations as well as safety regulations concerning our patients
Preparation: You ensure the preparation of meals according to meal orders for our 40 patients and 30 employees and in compliance with hygiene regulations according to GHP and HACCP and continuously develop the offer
Apprenticeship training: You participate in the training of apprentices
Leadership: You take over the deputy of the group leader during their absence and support the leadership of the employees

Requirements

Education: Completed training as a cook (EFZ) or as a diet cook (EFZ/FA)
Experience: You bring several years of professional experience as a cook
Knowledge: You have excellent knowledge in classical and modern cuisine
Languages: Very good German skills (level C1), as fast speech tempo is practiced in the kitchen and on the phone
