About the job
You – preferably as a prospective student – support the back office by independently and proactively taking on your tasks, growing with your responsibilities, and seeing new challenges as opportunities.
You are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and modernization of our IT (approx. 25 clients) and the associated IT infrastructure at 2 locations. You perform 1st and 2nd level support within our company and assist us in developing new solutions and processes. You are user- and solution-oriented and bring knowledge/interest in the following areas:
- OSX on Mac & iPhone
- Windows
- MS Office 365
- Network administration
- Cybersecurity
- Future-oriented interconnected thinking, especially digitalization
Furthermore, the following applies to you:
- Service-oriented personality with good soft skills
- Curious & responsible
The workload for this task varies depending on the needs and challenges that arise. You can arrange your physical presence with us flexibly; being on-site once or twice a week is advantageous, the rest of the time you can organize independently in terms of time and place (remote). Additionally, further project-based tasks may arise by mutual agreement. A high degree of self-organization and proactive thinking is required.
