At the Bächli Care Center, we accompany people in the field of Palliative Care until the end of their lives with professional competence, empathy, and time. In a coordinated interplay of nursing, medical care, therapies, and pastoral care, we ensure dignified and individual support.

• Process responsibility for person-centered care and support of our residents
• Accompanying and training HF and FH students in everyday nursing
• First point of contact for questions and concerns of the students
• Taking over daily management and ensuring a smooth nursing routine
• Participation in project and specialist groups of the KZU
• Proper recording and action in complex, rapidly changing situations
• Interprofessional collaboration, especially with the therapy departments and the medical service

• Completed training as a nurse HF or FH or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• Successfully completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Service-oriented and person-centered working style
• Knowledge in Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, and Basal Stimulation is an advantage
• Openness to new things and willingness to support a progressive understanding of nursing
• Resilient, team-oriented, and flexible personality

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
