We are a young, international, and dynamically positioned team in Advisory conducting regulatory consulting and audit activities at banks. We focus primarily on topics in the area of Financial Risk Management (including liquidity, capital requirements, as well as new complex regulatory requirements such as those in the crypto sector).
Your Impact
- Advise domestic and foreign financial service providers regarding regulatory requirements, especially in the area of Financial Risk Management.
- Support audit teams as a lead specialist in banking audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Financial Risk Management (e.g., topics such as liquidity, own funds, risk distribution regulations, interest rate risks).
- Work as a specialist (SME) with the review of FINMA licensing applications.
- Support other teams on our Risk & Regulatory platform, for example in Internal Audit, Compliance, or non-financial risk management.
- Continuously develop your technical know-how and enhance your soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.

- Corinne , MA HSG Accounting and Finance, has been on our team for 6 years and is now a Manager as well as a certified public accountant.
- Jan , MA UZH Banking and Finance, has been on our team for 4 years, currently in CFA training, and is responsible as Manager for the topic of risk distribution.
Your Skill Set
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in economics, finance, accounting, banking, or law.
- Completed training as a certified public accountant or international equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the banking sector.
- Strong commitment to client development.
- Interest in regulatory issues and business contexts, and you enjoy working independently and customer-oriented in a specialized team.
- Above-average communication and analytical skills and enjoyment in solving complex tasks.
- Committed, team-oriented, reliable, and you have an exact, solution-oriented, and efficient working style.
- Interest in further education on and off the job.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French skills are an advantage.
