Your detailed tasks

Independent management of an interesting real estate portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties
Technical supervision of assistants or junior property managers
Representation of the property towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
Management of the process from contract termination to new rental
Coordination and implementation of rental activities
Verification of the building condition of the properties and organization of maintenance work
Preparation of reports for owners and control and status reports

Your profile

Commercial training with a federal professional certificate in real estate management (mandatory)
At least 3 years of experience in real estate management
Excellent command of Italian and good knowledge of German
Flexible, determined person capable of setting the right priorities
You approach every new challenge with passion and professionalism
