The Public Prosecutor's Office Winterthur/Unterland conducts criminal investigations against adults in the districts of Andelfingen, Bülach, Dielsdorf, and Winterthur.

We are looking for your support as an Assistant Public Prosecutor (100%) to complement our team in Winterthur, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Job Description
The focus of your responsible tasks is the handling of criminal investigations in the area of the Criminal Code and ancillary criminal law, as well as providing on-call service under the guidance of an experienced public prosecutor.

Requirements
You have completed a law degree with a licentiate or master's degree. You have been able to demonstrate your solid knowledge of criminal and criminal procedural law at least as an auditor at a court and preferably also at a public prosecutor's office. Fluent German completes your professional profile.

You personally identify with criminal prosecution. Integrity and discretion are a matter of course for you. Furthermore, you are resilient, confident, and find the right tone in dealing with parties involved in proceedings and interface partners such as the police. You integrate collegially into our team. You are willing to continue your professional education.
