Lead Installer (m/f)

STS Elektro AG is a service company in the electrical industry with around 80 employees. As your flexible partner, we are equally responsible for smaller repair orders, extensive large orders, and overall projects.

Your main tasks

You take over the management of installation work in commercial and private environments. You carry out adjustment work on switchgear combinations, perform wiring work on small to medium controls, and lead the respective project teams both personally and professionally. The independent handling of medium to large installation projects as well as the active support of the project manager complete your area of responsibility, and you additionally take on order-related administrative tasks.

Your profile

We are looking for a responsible individual with completed training as an electrical installer EFZ and several years of professional and leadership experience. You have a category B driving license as well as preferably an aerial work platform license and enjoy working in a team. Your ambitious and open-minded nature is appreciated, and you are ready to travel nationally for our company.
