We are looking for a structured, pedagogical, and quality-oriented Bio-DS Manufacturing Training Technician to join our production team based at our site in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the role
The role of Bio-DS Manufacturing Training Technician consists of implementing, monitoring, and improving the training plan for production teams, in compliance with GMP standards and the site's HSE policy. He/she acts as the training referent, ensuring the integration of new employees and developing training modules adapted to operational needs.

You will join the production team and collaborate closely with team leaders, managers, as well as the Quality, HSE, and HR departments. You will be a key player in skills development and maintaining the site's training standards.
Your activities
- Implement and apply the training concept for Bio-DS manufacturing production
- Define and monitor individual training plans with managers
- Create, update, and deliver training modules applying GMP requirements
- Train and support internal/qualified trainers
- Monitor on-the-job training and validate acquired skills
- Support the integration of new employees
Interested? For this position, you must have the following education, experience, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical or scientific field
- Experience in pharmaceutical production or GMP environment required
- Experience working in a Controlled Atmosphere Zone (zones D/C)
- Experience working under laminar flow (LAF/BSC)
- Experience in pharmaceutical production (production, specialist, engineer, etc.)
- Experience in training
- Knowledge in biology/microbiology
- Strong organizational, structuring, and communication skills
- Pedagogical skills and a sense of human evaluation
- Ability to deliver group training and adapt communication
- Ability to manage diversity of profiles neutrally and inclusively
