Head of Property and Inheritance Law
Your tasks
- Leadership and overall responsibility for the Property and Inheritance Law team (technical, personnel, results-oriented)
- Further development of holistic consulting in the specialist area
- Promotion and development of employees
- Support of customer acquisition in cooperation with the front units
- Further development of processes and customer interactions (e.g., digital self-service solutions) as well as shaping the market presence in the specialist area
- Active interface management as well as participation in cross-departmental projects
- Further development of structures, processes, as well as products and offers
Our requirements
- Master's degree in law and many years of professional experience with broad legal general knowledge
- Attorney license is an advantage
- Excellent expertise in matrimonial property and inheritance law (regarding products and processes)
- Several years of experience in customer support and administration of wills
- Very good, confident German and English skills
