Job description

As part of strengthening our team dedicated to the industrial digital transformation of Geneva, we are looking for a Java Developer specialized in the PTC Windchill solution. You will work on high value-added projects for the development and optimization of a reference PLM solution in the industrial sector.

🔥 Your responsibilities:

Develop new features on the PTC Windchill platform (Java).
Maintain and evolve existing features.
Participate in technical design and software architecture.
Work closely with business and IT teams to understand functional needs.
Perform unit and integration testing.
Write technical and functional documentation.
Manage version control and deployment of updates.
Analyze and fix bugs, provide technical support.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices (code review, workshops…).

🎯 Your profile:

Higher education in computer science, software development, or engineering.
Proven experience in Java development, ideally in a PLM environment.
Good knowledge of PTC Windchill and its architecture (modules, customization, configuration).
Mastery of object-oriented programming concepts.
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).
Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, and ability to interact with technical or business stakeholders.
Professional English required (spoken & written). French is an additional asset.
