Financial Planner

For Raiffeisenbank Regio Frick-Mettauertal, a successful, locally focused and innovative bank headquartered in Frick with branches in Eiken, Gipf-Oberfrick, Herznach, Gansingen and Stein, we are looking for an independent, committed and service-oriented personality as a Financial Planner 80-100% (m/f/d).

• Conducting initial interviews: holistic and customer-centered 360-degree needs analysis to identify customers' financial needs and maximize customer potential.
• Development of needs-based solutions that take into account the individual needs, goals, wishes and life situations of the customers
• Competent and comprehensive financial planning in compliance with the bank's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
• Collaboration and planning of target group-specific market development measures, especially for campaigns, meetings, events and representative tasks
• Proactive support of our customer advisors: assist with customer appointment planning and discover new potentials together - your commitment makes the difference

• Banking training with advanced education and qualification as a Financial Planner with a federal certificate
• Several years of experience in financial and pension planning
• Ideally experience with the financial planning software Allfina/Logismata
• Motivation to successfully develop the financial and pension planning department together with the team into the future
• Teamwork and entrepreneurial thinking with strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, communication skills and confident appearance
