Your Tasks
You care for people with oncological/hematological diseases and bring your high level of expertise, methods, and social competence into patient-oriented and professional care.
To train MPA learners, you accompany the trainees and ensure the learning process and documentation. You plan and conduct learning objective assessments and create educational reports.
Your Profile
You have completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant and preferably have work experience in an acute hospital. You are a motivated individual and accustomed to working independently. Furthermore, you appreciate close interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, are a team player, resilient, and used to dealing with complex, rapidly changing situations.
You possess pedagogical skills and enjoy supporting young people. Responsible, patient, and empathetic action is expected.
