Your profile and skills
- You are an engineer/technician in microtechnology with a specialization in watch design or hold an equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of significant experience in the development of
watch movements.
- Recognized technical leader, you make design choices with rigor and unite teams around robust and industrializable solutions. Creative and rigorous, you transform ideas into reliable and high-performance mechanisms while respecting technical commitments, costs, and deadlines.
- Collaborative and committed, you enjoy working in a team and sharing your expertise. Curious and agile, you are open to new ideas and technologies, with an initiative spirit focused on innovation and
continuous improvement. Rigorous and responsible, you contribute to reliable and sustainable solutions.
- Your assets: Excellent knowledge of the construction of industrial watch mechanisms, knowledge of Autodesk products (Inventor 2D/3D, Vault, etc.), mastery of numerical simulation tools (ANSYS) and kinematics (TellWatch), knowledge of manufacturing and control methods. Experience with creativity tools (Design Thinking, TRIZ, FMEA, etc.) and intellectual property protection would be an advantage.
