As a member of our team "Culture & Everyday Life Bern Center," you will assist as a dedicated specialist in implementing a fulfilling daily routine for our residents. You will strengthen the team at Domicil Ahornweg and Steigerhubel. In doing so, you independently plan, organize, and lead group and individual activities. Additionally, you maintain documentation and assist in the planning and execution of special events and celebrations for our various client groups. Together with the team, you develop new offerings considering the needs and resources of our residents.
Your assignments are mainly Monday to Friday; for special events, you occasionally work in the evenings or on weekends.
- Completed training in life and everyday design, activation, sociocultural animation, or comparable education
- Good German skills, both spoken and written, as well as good IT skills
- Empathetic, conscientious, and resilient personality with good communication skills
- Creativity, flexibility, and humor
- You maintain a respectful and appreciative manner
- Independence and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to regularly work at two locations
