Hey, we are AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG. We are the central shared service center within a family-run group of hygiene paper manufacturers in Switzerland and abroad in Europe.
As AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG, we bundle all overarching functions such as finance, HR, IT, purchasing, sales, and planning and work closely with our production sites Tela (Niederbipp) and Cartaseta (Gretzenbach).
Tela and Cartaseta stand for high-quality hygiene papers, modern technology, and sustainable production processes. While production takes place daily at the plants, we at AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG ensure that the administrative, organizational, and strategic framework conditions are right – practical, efficient, and always in direct exchange with the plants.

Sales Team Leader AFH
Tasks
- Leadership of the AFH sales team
You lead and develop the sales team in the Away From Home area, coordinate sales activities, and ensure efficient and goal-oriented collaboration within the team.
- Revenue and result responsibility
You plan and control sales activities to achieve defined sales and profit targets and are responsible for the sustainable development of the business area.
- Customer relationship management and expansion
You take care of existing customers, maintain long-term partnerships, and actively identify new business opportunities through targeted new customer acquisition.
- Market and competitor analysis
You monitor market trends and competitive developments, analyze sales figures, and derive appropriate measures for sales development.
- Offer and contract management
You are responsible for preparing offers as well as price and contract negotiations with customers and business partners.
- Collaboration with internal interfaces
You work closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, administration, and other specialist departments to ensure a smooth order and delivery process.
- Further development of sales processes
You optimize existing sales processes, bring in new ideas, and support the strategic development of the business area.
Profile
- Training/continuing education in sales
You have completed commercial training and ideally have further training in sales (e.g., sales specialist, sales manager).
- Several years of sales experience
You bring solid experience in B2B sales and ideally know wholesale. Experience or a strong affinity for online trade and digital sales channels rounds off your profile.
- Leadership experience is an advantage
You have experience leading employees or have the potential to successfully lead and develop a team.
- Sales strategy / IT
You have experience in planning and implementing sales strategies as well as expanding market shares. Handling CRM systems and common MS Office applications is a matter of course for you.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
You recognize market opportunities, act solution-oriented, and actively develop the sales area.
- Communication and negotiation skills
You convince with a confident appearance, negotiation skills, and clear communication.
- Structured and independent working style
You work organized, goal-oriented, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
