About the job
The Neuhaus Foundation in Wängi, with its over 120 employees, is a significant employer in the region. The professional service and various offerings are used by around 80 elderly and aged people. All three wards operate according to the integrative dementia concept. We have a varied position available immediately or by arrangement for a:
certified nursing specialist HF (workload by arrangement)
Area of responsibility:
- As a recognized specialist, you ensure warm, resident-oriented, and professional care and support
- On all three wards, 28 residents each live in different care levels with exciting life stories
- Each ward has a team of about 17 employees plus trainees, who work with great commitment and joy for the well-being of the residents
We expect:
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- Professional experience in geriatric care in Switzerland
- Current nursing expertise
- High social competence, flexibility, teamwork skills, and humor in everyday life
- Commitment and joy in working with elderly people
- IT skills, very good oral and written German skills
- Room in your backpack for new experiences
