• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes
• Manufacturing small and large series
• Monitoring and ensuring the required quality
• Performing quality checks during production
• Carrying out simple repair and maintenance work on machines and tools
• Optimizing processes within own area of responsibility

• Completed training as a polymechanic
• Experience in CNC turning
• Knowledge of a CNC control system such as Siemens Fanuc or ISO Dialog
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Solid IT user skills
• Precise, structured, and quality-conscious working method
• Independent, flexible, and reliable personality
• Willingness to work two shifts
