Your main tasks
- Administrative support of a four-member medical team as well as diagnostic laboratories
- Email and telephone correspondence with submitters
- Resending of released reports
- Management, maintenance, and archiving of electronic documents in the clinical information system (PathoPro)
- Organization of meetings and team meetings
- Support in planning and coordinating training and further education
- Support with expense regulations
- Support in preparing the tumor board
- Procurement and organization of materials
- Packing and shipping tissue samples to external laboratories or clinics
- Receiving deliveries
- Accounting (minor effort)
Your profile
- Completed medical-administrative training or commercial training preferably in healthcare
- All-rounder with several years of professional experience in a similar position (preferably in a clinic or laboratory or in a scientific environment)
- Willingness and no fear in handling human sample material while adhering to hygiene guidelines and safety regulations.
- Precise, exact working method and discretion in handling patient data
- Confident handling of common Office applications (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Quick comprehension, good organizational skills to keep an overview and set priorities even under high workload
- Initiative and high independence
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
