For our location in Basel, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Head of Installation Department (m/f) 80 - 100%
YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for the entire operational service delivery in the electrical sector
- Independent management of demanding projects from A to Z (including acquisition)
- Revenue and result responsibility for project and execution planning
- Analysis of the contract for work and delimitation of the scope of services
- Preparation of key figures, final invoices, supplements as well as the monthly project recalculation
- Enforcement and monitoring of legal requirements and internal guidelines
- Participation in inspections
- Technical and personnel management of the department
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed further training as a federally certified electrician or as a certified technician HF (with expertise)
- Relevant and many years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function
- Strong relationships with electrical planners and potential clients in the Basel / Baselland region
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Creative and independent working style
- Open, extroverted and resilient personality
