Medical Practice Assistant in Surgery, Gynecology, and Obstetrics

• you organize the surgical consultations and are responsible for the follow-up
• you handle the administrative organization of operations
• you transcribe consultation and operation reports from dictation
• you are responsible for the consultation desk including appointment coordination and patient reception
• you perform blood draws and suture removals and assist during consultations
• you support cystoscopies, cystofix changes, and infiltrations under fluoroscopy
• you organize the consultations of the women's clinic as a substitute and are responsible for desk tasks, laboratory, or assistance there in substitution

• you have completed training as a medical practice assistant and have a few years of professional experience
• you have confident German language skills with good terminology knowledge and can type quickly using the 10-finger system
• your work style is responsible, precise, and efficient
• you are an organizational talent with a strong service orientation

• you can communicate in foreign languages to your advantage
