To strengthen our team in personnel planning, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality as Team Leader Personnel Planning.

What you can achieve:

• Leadership and development of the personnel planning team
• Creation and optimization of deployment plans taking into account customer requirements, legal regulations (e.g. ArG), availability and qualifications of employees
• Ensuring demand-oriented personnel deployment planning including short-term adjustments in case of absences, special assignments or seasonal fluctuations
• Close cooperation with supervisors, HR, marketing and employees to coordinate deployments and clarify planning issues
• Monitoring compliance with working time regulations, breaks, rest periods and other requirements according to GAV and internal guidelines
• Analysis of existing planning processes and participation in their continuous improvement to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction
• Support of the superior position (Head of Marketing & Operations)

• Experience in leading employees
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High service orientation and sense of responsibility
• Knowledge in personnel planning
• Willingness for continuous optimization and further development of processes
