Property Manager 70-100%
Your responsibilities
You will independently manage a diverse residential and commercial portfolio in Zurich. This includes apartment inspections and handovers during initial rentals and tenant changes, as well as ensuring smooth property maintenance. You are the first point of contact for tenants – both in person and by phone – and handle matters related to rental contracts, contract changes, and rent adjustments. You keep an eye on the current rent policy and advise owners competently on setting rental prices. If necessary, you plan minor renovations and accompany larger renovation projects in close cooperation with the project management of the construction department.
Your qualifications
- Professional experience as a property manager, federal diploma (FA) is an advantage
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good accounting and legal knowledge (OR, ZGB, and SchKG)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Competent, customer-oriented, and cooperative
- High social competence and good planning and organizational skills
- Committed and motivated personality who identifies with our values
