As one of the production sites, Bobst develops and produces equipment for the manufacture of laminated corrugated board at the Grenchen site (Switzerland) and sells it worldwide.

YOUR MISSION

• Contact person for our customers on technical issues
• Perform machine checks, revisions, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Support with new installations, commissioning, training, and documentation
• Ensure machine availability and customer satisfaction
• International travel activity 80–100% (deployments 4–10 days worldwide, residence in Switzerland required)
• Occasional assignments at the company headquarters – flexibility and commitment are required

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a polymechanic, machine mechanic, or similar
• Several years of professional experience, assembly/installation experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics; good IT skills
• Very good German and good English skills (additional languages a plus)
• Independent, structured working style, resilience, and enjoyment of international customer contact
• Analytical thinking as well as customer-oriented and professional appearance

The production site of Mex, near Lausanne in Switzerland, is also the headquarters of the Bobst Group. It is the most important site, employing approx. 1500 passionate people.
