• Carry out signaling processing measures: take fingerprints, perform buccal mucosa smears, and collect reports
• Support the police and justice through correct data entry and identity verification
• Manage collected data and deletion deadlines
• Process national and international identity checks as well as general administrative tasks and telephone inquiries
• Perform on-call services on weekends after training

• Reliable and flexible personality (min. 30 years old) with a recognized professional diploma and several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of human relations
• Precise work, proficiency in IT and photography
• Confidence, assertiveness, and strong psychological and physical resilience in contact with difficult people
• Very good knowledge of German and good oral knowledge of French; other foreign languages are an asset
• Organizational skills, openness to innovation, and team spirit to collaborate at the Bern and occasionally Biel sites
• Category B driving license
