Preserve traces, identify. You thus make an important administrative and operational contribution to the daily security of the population in our canton.
Your tasks
- Carry out signaling processing measures: take fingerprints, perform buccal mucosa smears, and collect reports
- Support the police and justice through correct data entry and identity verification
- Manage collected data and deletion deadlines
- Process national and international identity checks as well as general administrative tasks and telephone inquiries
- Perform on-call services on weekends after training
Your profile
- Reliable and flexible personality (min. 30 years old) with a recognized professional diploma and several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of human relations
- Precise work, proficiency in IT and photography
- Confidence, assertiveness, and strong psychological and physical resilience in contact with difficult people
- Very good knowledge of German and good oral knowledge of French; other foreign languages are an asset
- Organizational skills, openness to innovation, and team spirit to collaborate at the Bern and occasionally Biel sites
- Category B driving license
