To strengthen our young, committed team, we are looking for a

Field Service Technician Welding Technology

You enjoy being on the road, gladly build new customer contacts and provide expert advice on welding technology? You speak German and French fluently and want to actively develop a sales territory? Then we would like to get to know you.

Your main tasks

Active support and expansion of the existing customer base in French-speaking Switzerland and parts of the Canton of Bern

Acquisition of new customers and building long-term partnerships

Technical advice to our customers on all questions of welding technology

Presentation and sale of MIG/MAG and TIG welding systems as well as suitable accessories (ALL ASPECTS OF WELDING TECHNOLOGY)

Planning and organization of customer visits, tests and demonstrations (the practical demonstrations are carried out by our demonstration welder)

Recording customer needs, developing solutions and supporting offers

Maintaining customer contacts in the CRM system as well as professional communication by e-mail and telephone

Note for candidates: For practical demonstrations and welding tests, our demonstration welder is available to you – you focus on consulting, sales and customer relationships.

Your profile

Technical background in welding technology, e.g.

Training as a welding specialist or

several years of practical experience in welding / handling of MIG/MAG and TIG systems

Very good German and French skills (spoken and written) – both languages are equally important for this role

Enjoyment of personal customer contact and building a sales territory

Independent, entrepreneurial personality with high personal responsibility

Willingness to be on the road daily in the territory (field service activity)

Confident handling of PC, e-mail and ideally CRM systems
