The following exciting tasks await you:
- Qualified and proactive handling of accidents in close cooperation with care managers and consulting doctors
- Active, independent, and customer-oriented case management
- Writing complex correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations
- Regular exchange with insured persons, customers as well as authorities, doctors, and legal representatives
This is what sets you apart:
- Completed commercial or comparable vocational training, ideally with a professional certificate in insurance
- Professional experience in the field of personal insurance
- Confident German language skills, French knowledge is an advantage
- Communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
