Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate work on our Civil Engineering, Earthworks, and Development sites within the Vaud Infrastructure section
• Supervise teams on site and ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Monitor work progress and guarantee compliance with current safety standards
• Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the sites, including invoicing and budget tracking

You bring

• Diploma as a Construction Site Manager or equivalent training
• Proven experience in construction site management in Switzerland (minimum 5 years)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and organization
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team mindset
• Knowledge of current standards and regulations
