Your tasks
- Independent checking and processing of incoming invoices
- Recording incoming invoices in both paper and electronic form
- Coordination of invoice processing
- Preparation of payment runs considering central guidelines, execution of payment transactions
- Handling of dunning letters and other inquiries
- Management, monitoring, and reconciliation of creditor and clearing accounts
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- SAP knowledge (FI) is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office is desirable
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
- Structured and conscientious working style
