Tasks
- Care and support of geriatric psychiatric patients in a psychotherapeutic setting
- Designing the care process in the work with patients, relatives, and internal and external professionals
- Coordination, leadership, and evaluation of milieu and nursing therapeutic groups
- Active participation in working groups and projects
- Learning support for learners and students in nursing professions
Profile
- Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics, and/or geriatrics
- High social/personal competence and structured working method
- Willingness to support change processes, embrace new ideas, and actively shape changes
- Participation in shift work (without night shifts)
- Good German and computer skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
