Employee Scale & Plant Area (m/f/d)

For our weighing station at the Mülibach plant, we are looking for a reliable and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

In this responsible role, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a smooth process for weighing and handling the delivered materials. In addition, you take on a central role in representing our company and act as the "Agir face" externally. Experience with construction machinery is an advantage and opens up a varied field of activity. With the appropriate qualification, flexible, occasional deployment on our machines at the plant is possible and expressly desired.

• Responsible for operating the vehicle scale (material deliveries and transports)
• Creation of delivery notes and documentation of material movements
• Operating and advising customers at the scale (by phone and in person)
• Monitoring and controlling the material flow within the plant
• Support in the maintenance and servicing of systems, machines, and technical equipment
• Quality assurance tasks, e.g., taking samples, documentation, and certain laboratory work (e.g., moisture measurements)
• If suitable, deployment as a machine operator on our construction machinery (desirable!)

• Completed technical or manual vocational training
• Ideally experience in a similar role as well as a construction machinery operator
• Experience in the field of building materials or industrial plants is an advantage
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Good IT skills; easy handling of computers and new programs
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and team-oriented work
• Physical resilience and willingness to work outdoors
