About the job
The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the City of Winterthur in the five senior centers as well as with Spitex. For our long-term care at the Oberi Senior Center, which offers a well-maintained home to 150 residents, we are looking for the dementia residential group from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement for an honest, open-minded, and cheerful personality.Your Tasks
- Progressive care and support of our residents within the key worker system
- Handling ordering processes, answering phone calls, organizing appointments, managing correspondence for the residential group
- Work shifts in early and late service
Your Profile
- Health Specialist/Care EFZ or equivalent SRK recognition
- Independent, committed, resilient, and responsible
- At least 1 year of professional experience
- Experience and enjoyment in working with people with dementia
- Good PC user skills
- Very good oral and written German skills
