Nursing Team Leader 80-100% - Endoscopy

Exciting challenges await you

• Personnel and nursing-organisational leadership of our endoscopy team with around 7 full-time positions
• Organisation of staff deployment, responsible for personnel recruitment and employee development
• Active participation in gastroenterological and pneumological examinations and interventions (including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopy and EBUS)
• Responsibility for efficient workflows as well as quality, hygiene and reprocessing standards
• Responsibility and coordination of material, medication and equipment management
• Further development of standards, SOPs and work processes in close cooperation with the medical management
• Active shaping of our endoscopy within the framework of the current renovation and the further development of structures and processes

What distinguishes you for the job

• Diploma as a nurse HF/FH and solid experience in endoscopy
• Leadership experience and/or leadership training advantageous
• Enjoyment of leadership, employee development and interprofessional collaboration
• Strong organisational skills as well as an independent, solution-oriented and efficient working style
• Clear and appreciative communication as well as willingness to actively shape change
