Senior Consultant Software Testing (all genders)

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

• Software Quality: Support our customers in quality assurance, from implementation to strategic consulting in areas such as testing, test management, automation, performance testing, and data management.
• Create and execute tests: Develop manual and automated test cases, implement them with common tools, and document deviations.
• Test Management: Design test strategies, monitor their implementation, and create meaningful reports for quality assurance.
• Performance Tests: Plan, create, and conduct performance tests to ensure the efficiency and stability of the systems.
• Manage test data: Plan, create, and implement processes for managing and using test data.
• Test Analyst/Architect: Design ideal test arrangements, whether as a test automation framework or through manual processes, and adapt them to various project approaches (agile, Hermes, Hybrid).
• Actively shape quality standards: Contribute your expertise to internal committees and develop best practices for quality assurance together with the team.
• Presales Support: To promote our sales and business development, you support acquisition and presales activities. At the customer, you actively work on building a network and are able to generate leads.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED

• Education: A completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience: At least five years of practical experience in software testing
• Expertise: Methodical and practical experience in the aforementioned areas
• Test Automation: Knowledge of an automation tool such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Tosca, SoapUI is desirable
• Certification: ISTQB Foundation Level, ideally Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst. You have successfully completed a certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP, or Hermes Advanced or are willing to complete it.
• Analytical skills: Strong conceptual and analytical thinking and action
• Personality & Development: Creative, customer-oriented team player with the will for continuous personal development
• Communication: Communication security towards various stakeholders
• Language skills: You have fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel: Project-based willingness to travel within Switzerland
