Your new role

As a clerk in the control center and coordination, you support the operational management of vehicle operations as well as demand-oriented personnel deployment planning. You coordinate topics such as construction sites, accidents, insurance cases, appointment requests, detours, and the handling of extra trips. In addition, you are responsible in this versatile department for the evaluation and preparation of relevant information. If necessary, you also support the control center and actively participate in projects and process optimizations.

This position is for you if

• You are a team-oriented, empathetic, conscientious, and resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility.
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable education.
• You possess negotiation skills and good communication abilities.
• You think entrepreneurially.
• You have a very high ICT affinity and are proficient in M365 products.
• You possibly already have experience in an organization with shift work, personnel deployment planning, or a comparable activity.
